VICE PRESIDENT Dick Cheney recently attacked my 1972 presidential platform and contended that today's Democratic Party has reverted to the views I advocated in 1972. It is magnificant when compared to much of what passes for journalism these days when the policy of the white house is to deny, lie, and fail to comply withthe express wishes of the american electorate. Here there are pointed and appropriate facts to supply the authori's point of view. Bush and Cheney seem to be unable to see the truth.
