Most Americans appear unimpressed by the media's performance as government watchdog in the first year of the Obama administration. It's certainly a poll that belongs on the front page of NewsTrust. It's revealing of how wary the Americans are of their news sources, and it breaks down the data in telling ways along party and issue lines.

Informative poll about public attitudes on how the media has covered the Obama presidency. The findings are factual and fair, suggesting that Americans are not that impressed with the media's coverage of Obama -- and pointing out that more Republicans than Democrats think the media didn't do a good job.

Interesting. While I feel some of the information presented is incomplete and needs more context, answers provided in the survey could act as a wake-up call to the media that it needs to pay more attention to relevant issues (i.e., economy and healthcare) and report on them in meaningful ways.

The article's title caught my attention and I read it with interest. However, from the information presented, it doesn't seem that the questions asked were very in-depth.
