The Economist writes about the week ahead for Obama as if his presidency is undergoing a sort of redefinition. A fair assessment. Looking at the hits Democrats took last week, the authors predict Obama will come out bolder and sharper-tongued than he's been lately.

I have always seen this publication as well respected and in depth. This story is lacking in both of those points. I am not sure that calling this administration's position on banking ‘banking bashing populism’ is accurate or not well chosen words. In fact the banks actions justify more response. The foreign policy paragraph choice issues are limited and not best.
