Reports on a strongly worded "new policy statement" from the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) about specific harmful effects of excessive TV viewing by children. Interesting. Would be improved by a link to the AAP statement (I've included it under "Links" for more information) and from context provided by additional experts commenting on the AAP's position. Brief but informative.
