This rebroadcast of middle-eastern television news provides a good glimpse of how events are viewed locally and of the spin put on events as they are reported. The reports may or may not be accurate but they provide a valuable complement to news we are delivered in the US and the UK.

Link TV's Mosaic offers a great way to understand how other cultures perceive the daily news. It can expand your own worldview, by helping you see the world through different perspectives. This particular episode does this quite effectively, bringing together diverging views from Dubai, Israel, Lebanon and other countries. I highly recommend watching an entire program, from time to time. For busy viewers, it would be wonderful if LinkTV could provide at the start of each show a short, 3-5 min. overview, summarizing the longer viewpoints provided in the full program. These could also include short commentaries comparing the different perspectives to each other.
