Dobbs: Congress stiffs working Americans

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Without much fanfare, the House of Representatives last week voted to give members of Congress yet another pay raise, as it has done almost every year for nearly a decade.

For some reason, our elected officials decided against holding a news conference. Maybe that's because they didn't want to draw attention to the fact that they raise their own salaries almost every year while refusing to raise the pay of our lowest-paid workers. Full Story »

Dobbs has never been bashful about his opinions and this piece is no exception. From his bully pulpit on CNN he continues making his case that the middle class is disappearing and illegal immigration and out-sourcing jobs are, in his view, deplorable. Lou Dobbs devotes his television show to "The War on the Middle Class". This article is about one of the aspects of this war that infuriate him. Outsourcing, H1B, illegal immigration, and distribution of wealth are a few more. He does a good job factually presenting his case.
