The 'State-of-the-World' guys are really beating the brush to flush out some hopeful signs. This one's pretty good: "The so-called “Automotive X Prize” will be a catalyst for practical innovations and may cause revolutionary changes..." We're down so low, we can't go anywhere but up! So, let's get going.
