This is another step in the Wisconsin issues. Will this decision be agreed on the state supreme court or will recall petition and special elections change the legislature?

Republicans' blatant violation of state law comes back to haunt them in this ruling. It should be no surprise but never the less it is a relief to see the courts do the right thing.
