Denial of racism and the use of rationalization to justify racism have been a part of this nation cultural aspects. When significant institutions express their atonements for their participation in such endeavors, it should be exposed to the nation as an example for the rest of the nation to follow. Atonemment can lead to racial healing.

Without atonement and racial healing, this nation is heading for monumental implosion that could threaten to tear the fabric of this nation apart. Racial hate groups from all races are a growing phenomenon in this nation and they are looking forward to racial strife in order to accomplish their agenda. There is hope when the leadership and the leading institutions begin to set the right tone for racial harmony for the rest of the nation to follow.
