Presents a skeleton of the big picture, but other stories give much more background. Key tracts of this story give no evidence or unsourced evidence. Ignores GAO report on the topic, which is doubtful of safety compliance for Mexican trucks. Personal quotes make unbacked claims, and there are more voices for Mexican trucking than against. Some statements don't seem to fit into the story well at all.

Almost nobody does this kind of work anymore, including testing sources claims for accuracy.
