Time for Gonzales to Go

We do not need more evidence, however, to reach a conclusion about the suitability of Alberto Gonzales for the leadership of the Department of Justice. While we defended him from some of the outlandish charges made during his confirmation hearings, we have never seen evidence that he has a fine legal mind, good judgment, or managerial ability. I base my rating on the title. This editorial offers no detail or acknowledgment of the real involvement of the ostrich like media/editor class.. for our being stuck with the author of torture as top lawyer of the land. The facts of incompetence are out, the public feeling of shame (even for the far right) is building! Some say the firings of meritorious appointees is a impeachable offense.
