Has Chuck Hagel Read The Constitution?

Only Senators completely ignorant of the Constitution would consider impeachment a viable option for dealing with policy differences between the executive and the legislature. The Constitution, in Article 2, Section 4, makes very plain the bases on which Congress can move to impeach a President:

This is the second piece I've read from this source. I will not bother with another. Nowhere near serious journalism, or serious thought. Don't waste your time.

Impeachment is referred to seven? times in the constitution, and this twit manages to even misinterpret the one he quotes. The founders were familiar with the tyrany of kings, and made many an loose requirements to allow for the impeachment of any reincarnation of kingly behavior. The party of the impeachment of Clinton for perjury is trying to eat its own who dares break ranks with the new tyrant king george. Hagel could have done a better job of specifying his articles of impeahcment by consuting the Center for Constitutional Rights arguments for impeachment, but Hagel is beginning to show some of the courage of the REPUBLICANS who convinced Nixon to resign.
