This is an interesting case of how the comments can teach as much as the article. The article is a factual report of survey findings. the comments from Nate and Gerry Neilly, both knowledgeable local advocates on this topic, reveal a context and an alternate view missing from the article. So - does a high standard of good journalism require that context ALWAYS be provided? Or what is the reader's responsibility when reading an article that simply states facts, as this one does? Questions to ponder.
