This is an interesting case of how the comments can teach as much as the article. The article is a factual report of survey findings. the comments from Nate and Gerry Neilly, both knowledgeable local advocates on this topic, reveal a context and an alternate view missing from the article.
So - does a high standard of good journalism require that context ALWAYS be provided? Or what is the reader's responsibility when reading an article that simply states facts, as this one does?
