US Debt Rating Should Be 'C': Independent Agency

There have been increasing concerns about the fate of United States' prized triple-A sovereign debt rating. While Standard and Poor's recently downgraded its U.S. debt outlook to negative from stable, implying that a ratings cut could happen in two years, one independent ratings agency has given the U.S. sovereign rating a "C". No real setup of the interviewee’s expert status by the interviewer. Shame on him. Hard to find any credibility here. This interview has all the excitement of sliced bread and the eruditeness of a third-grader.

This appears to be one person's opinion. It talks about U.S government but does not contain any ideas to limit debt.
