While interesting the only news it seemed to me was the new type of mortgage company. Now that is the beginning of a solution that will incentivize the developers to change the way they construct buildings--barely above code.

I would have liked to have seen more of what was actually discussed. Specific responses to answers would have made this article more informative and worthwhile.
