An enlightening story about a very troubling development.

The big 3 US, Britian, and Russia all currently have problems with their current stockpiles causing storage problems. While a new feedstock for worldwide use on its surface makes sense, there are many more concerns than simply fuel. Based on past Soviet practices, the area is probably contaminated for the next 10,000+ years already and the people in the plume area most likely are expiriencing damage currently. How much of this liability will be passed off to the UN and its members?
