Clawbacks seldom make the news. This is quite well researched to find a wide range of places where clawback rights are being exercised.

With corporations bigger and richer than the governments of localities that want more jobs, the companies have been playing one community against another to extort concessions. This article shows the importance and utility of assuring that any extortion agreements have a strong clawback provision.
