Senator says demanding social network information is against the constitution
Robert Collins, a Maryland Department of Corrections employee, was asked to give employers his Facebook account login information during a re-application interview for his job. His employer proceeded to log into his Facebook account in front of him and read not only his posts, but also those of his friends and family. Full Story »
