An outbreak of antibiotic resistant bacteria with a high fatality rate is a potentially serious general problem. It is also cautionary with regard to the careless use of our current antibiotics for prophilactic use in animal feeds. The story is from a South African site that I am not familiar with, and would benefit from more source references.
