Mediocre analysis piece that repeats talking points and conventional wisdom, without really questioning them. The political consequences of voting for or against her are discussed, without any concrete evidence one way or another. Are Latinos actually follow the confirmation hearing? What really do the electoral threats look like for Democrats and Republicans who vote for or against her?
