Damn one more slap at smokers!!! Our men in uniform have enough to face- death, now they want to ban this use. This is an abuse of power by the DOD, regardless if they say it will be phased in. Another nasty slippery slope. This appauls me.

Additionally, it suggests that “achieving a tobacco-free military begins by closing the pipeline of new tobacco users entering the military and by promoting cessation programs to ensure abstinence” – which means requiring all enlisting members to be tobacco-free, Army.com reports.

I wonder what that would do to the military meeting requirements. They had better do a detailed study.
