Saying Fox lies is like saying the sky is blue–tell me something I don’t know. Still, this is a good comprehensive story using text lift-outs from several Fox “news” programs to make credible the Madison crowd’s chants: “Fox lies!” Seeing Fox personalities spewing deliberate fabrications is bad enough, but reading the same lies in print form turns them into reprehensible propaganda.

Here’s a quote from an unidentified former employee of Fox News speaking in February, 2011 to Media Matters: “Note the story here isn’t that Fox News leans right. Everyone knows the channel pushes a conservative-friendly version of the news. Everyone who’s been paying attention has known that since the channel’s inception more than a decade ago. It is about time that somebody called a duck a duck. Fox News lies. They make it up! They are the Snidely Whiplash of journalism. We need to expose their lies and stop buying what their advertisers are selling. This is not about just a point of view. It is evil.
