This video is presented without much context or any commentary. It doesn't identify any of the participants except the legislators, and it doesn't offer much to the viewer as far as what the issues are. However, as a contribution to a broader story, this is a great document; I just wish more of that context was available from this source.

This story shows problems with live photo journalism. It does not include why, how or when this happened. It does have problems with those who want to go into the state capitol. It does not include why the senator was outside or what he might have said.
