This story is a chapter in FireDogLake's ground-breaking live blogging from the courthouse where Scooter Libby's trial is taking place. The FDL reporting team is not neutral, but their live feeds from the Courthouse are being linked from MSM outlets like CNN, and their coverage is in itself news. Although their editorial comments and summations are not neutral, their live blogging is as accurate as they can make it-- not quite a transcript, but as close to a transcript as anything, until the official transcript is released.

I’m at the courthouse, and as Christy said in her update, one of the jurors was exposed to media coverage of the trial. Nobody really expected anything early this morning, so everyone is scrambling into the media room to try and figure out what’s going on. Both teams are in the courtroom, and Fitzgerald, Wells, Jeffress and the judge are back with the jurors.

Source Christy, part of the FireDogLake team, predicted that all of the Jurors would be subjected to voir dire all over again, but they weren’t.
This is real-time reporting. Nevertheless, blogger-in-chief Jane Hamsher should have qualified her quote of Christy’s speculation.
