Gives publication/date to identify sources. Although this story defends a political figure, it represents most viewpoints well enough, has fairly complete evidence, and is written in an unbiased style.

Parry carefuly reconstructs the hateful bias of the Republican-wing press that supported the war, in spite of Mr. Gore having a correct and eventually predictive analysis of the folly of Bush's Iraq war of conquest.
