Blackwell gets Brunt of Registrant's anger

Columbus- Democrats and representatives of voter-registration groups accused Secretary of State Ken Blackwell on Monday of trying to rig this November's election by publishing draconian new rules governing the activities of people who register voters.

What about the 2004 election in Ohio. Why was not this stolden election for Bush covered in this article? Why was not Blackwells role in stealing this election as reported by the recent Rolling Stone article (11000 words and facts) mentioned?
