Excellent reporting on China's rapid advances in developing clean energy solutions. This in-depth report provides a factual and well-researched overview of Beijing's "863 Program" and its latest clean-tech advances. A real eye-opener, highly recommended.

It's interesting to note that the largest producer of carbon emissions is now a world leader in solar and wind energy solutions. I wish the United States Congress showed as much vision as China's leaders -- and hope we can catch up with them sooner rather than later.
