With the Copenhagen conference having yielded an accord on Greenhouse gas reduction, albeit voluntary, this article points to a commitment by China to create green technology. It also reveals a side of China's philosophy toward workers in the tech world with sports, music instruction. Americans have been fed a steady diet of propaganda portraying China as anti-green, anti-worker. More insightful articles like this are sorely needed to help us compete with the world's largest workforce.
