Baylor hospital has lowest cardiac readmission rate in nation

Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital, in government data released Thursday, had the lowest readmission rate for heart patients in the country, a key quality indicator that says the facility did the job right the first time.

This is important to bring to the forefront cases of above the average, places from which new regulations should be taken.
