During the five-day long media and communications black out in Egypt, activists succeeded in circumventing censorship, filtering out videos that captured the violence occurring on the sidelines of the "revolution," away from the peaceful scenes of ordinary traffic in downtown Cairo broadcast by State TV. The numeric rating doesn't adequate convey the importance or quality of this aggregation of videos. It's difficult to rate these, because of their raw, decontextualized, and unverified nature. That being said, I'm not sure how one could contextualize video of cars running over seemingly peaceful protesters to justify the action.
