The myth of "liberal media bias" began with Lee Atwater, a strategist during the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations, and mentor of Karl Rove. Short and to the point, this opinion piece argues that "liberal media" is a political construct - and not an accurate description -of the state of today's mainstream media, and provides evidence to support the case. Of interest to me is that this opinion appears in a Gannett newspaper in Cincinnati, OH (I'm from there originally) - one of the most politically and socially conservative cities on earth.

Very good opinion piece, asks for media free and independent of corporate bias . Terry Armor a voice for sanity on one of the vital issues of US citizenship.

A good rant about the so-called liberal media (SCLM). Not news to anyone paying attention, but well-written for anyone who hadn't noticed what's happened to their country at the hands of Republicans while the supposedly liberal media stood by and said nothing.
