California v Texas: America's future

Whoever wote this needs to get their facts straight on Texas, I don't know about the Calif. overall facts, but if the Texas take is any indication, this writer needs to go back to school.

Blaming the unions for California's demise is like blaming the flood victims for the huricane. They may bear some responsibility for their situation, but there was nothing they could do . Prop 13 is not even alluded to.
