Sir, as a “ditto-head” I find your comment offensive. Rush’s listeners are civil, friendly, intelligent, and as polls show repeatedly, better informed about current events than people who rely on TV news or newspapers or magazines. Rush himself is courteous and civil. He does parodies which thin-skinned people can’t handle, but he is no different in that from all the great writers. Would you ban the works of Shakespeare, Dickens, O’Connor, Mencken, Wilde, Orwell, Twain from classrooms because their major works include parodies more extreme than any Rush does? Listen to his program before you make claims about him.
