New ad says pot smokers "happy to be taxed'' -- can they help with CA's budget crunch?

Video of the ad is embedded and site linked to, but slapping the Q&A at the end is sloppy. Little context about the War on Drugs, or the CA budget crisis.

I'm not a fan of the stuff myself, but I'm all for legalizing and taxing it.
