The story of an Iraqi leader biting the hand that (in our opinion) feeds it is certainly big news. It is not what we expected of a leader we chose for Iraq. This aspect, plus the future moral and conduct of our forces could be greatly effected. The article assumes we are needed to keep the peace. This "fact" can be arqued with.
