This story is about war at its worse. War for a real cause is bad. This war sinful. The investigation will probably show the Americans guilty. It may or may not take into account how many tours these soldiers have been there, whether they are National Guard that should be rebuilding New Orleans, their mental state, whether PTSD has set in and drugs given as a "cure". For sure, no one above Sergeant will be tried. Bush will order sensitivity training.
