Interesting legal questions are presented. The legal problem of establishing "standing" is an interesting problem for citizens looking for court remedies.

Why can the state decide which religions are acceptable? Why are secular counselors not hired for the large number of secular people in the military? Why should the military pay for chaplains anyway?
