This is interesting article. It is not full of detail, but that isn't to say it isn't a well-sourced overview of the activities in Ethiopia. I am not a fan of the straw-man argument in journalism or I would have rated this story higher. The report is full of "some say" voices and it may be a tool of editing - but it is a dangerous choice when the article is being considered as an example of journalism.

These plans don't hatch without the incubator of International financial players. As the article suggests - this is just getting started.
