A 30-minute discussion on the evolutionary bases of religious faith. Very relevant in the context of the resurgence of theocracy and religious violence. Touches upon other interesting subjects, such as memes and group selection. Slants against religion, even questions that it does any good, but this episode does not pretend to present a balanced view. With transcript and links to related material, including a scathing attack on Mr Dennett. 30:18
