A fairly open article about the hows and whys of the recent Google move to N.C. This article does a good job of showing how companies put pressure one lawmakers to get tax breaks.

Google may have grown quickly, but it is facing the risk of growing out of its Don't Be Evil motto as well. The story shows us a side of Google that resembles the behavior of any arrogant corporation.

The story doesn't detail the changes Google wanted; it just unquestioningly repeats over and over the unsubstantiated complaints of one "bullied" Republican lawmaker.
