The advocates of global warming hysteria welcome any vague statement from the Chinese as a breakthrough. The reason is that all the efforts in Europe and US are wasted unless the Chinese reduce CO2. Of course they won't, but they seem happy to make vague statements.

Yes, because it is a very importante issue

To engage China in a slight reduction of Co2 a small percentage is real and important in this area and that other nations follow
