The rights to privacy and free speech are seen to be endangered by technology and wiretapping policies that are being followed by Obama. The article is well informed and well written.

Holder not calling the wiretapping illegal can be characterized as cowardice on constitutional matters, a cousin to the cowardice on racial matters he decried..
