The title hints at an article about health care reform efforts, but about half way through it, the reporter switches to quoting David Axelrod on Iran, SC governor Mark Sanford, and Iraq. It lacks focus, and thus is not highly informative or meaningful; it turns into a list of quotations from one person on a variety of important issues.
