Poorly written story that is largely based on a single source, environmentalist Al Gore. This short article mostly quotes the former U.S. Vice President, who was interviewed by the Toronto Star during his book tour. The report is generally factual but provides hardly any independent views to put Al Gore's opinions in perspective. Rather than just report the facts, the author tends to editorialize a bit, with references to Armaggedon and criticism of Al Gore's new book.
I didn't learn much from this soft news piece -- this important issue deserves better news coverage.
