Stelter does a good job of explaining the contours of the FCC ruling, and the perspective of detractors. Though he tries, the writer is less successful at explaining what this rule might mean for consumers.

Well, a good report on the proposed move to regulate the Internet. It may provide some regulatory certainty, as many companies reportedly have said, but the report also mentioned that they've also said In private that the proposal could have been much worse.
