They led the most powerful forces in healthcare -- the trade groups representing doctors, insurance companies, hospitals and drug makers. Any one of them could stall, if not derail, President Obama's hopes of overhauling the U.S. healthcare system.

The fact that I didn't find any good guys or bad guys to identify with seems to indicate that the story was well written & objective. It fits with other things I've read about Stern & the influence of unions with the Obama administration.
I'm thrilled to see Obama taking union issues seriously. I'm disappointed to see him allowing politics to interfere with taking a more pro-union position & infighting between & among unions. The US is a Union! Working people must be as unified as possible to put the exploitative corporations in their place & restore real democracy via grassroots organizing through unions & direct citizen involvement.
