A world free of nuclear weapons is something many have hoped for since the begining of the atomic age.

Having seen first hand the amount of damage a single device can cause, and the plams for their use, the end of nuclear weapons can not come soon enough, I fear that the next member of the bomb community will be Japan who already has fast breeder reactors and has been increasing her military in response to the China/Korean threats.
