The usual focus and the usual story. If you've read one, you've read them all.

What none of the stories have the guts to say is that even Christians stray from the beliefs they profess. That folks who have, or are afraid they might, are often the most unforgiving of others. And that's one of the problems with theocracy. As we saw with prohibition, legislating morality really doesn't work. Another missed theme is that, like Watergate, it's the coverup that usually does the most damage. I do have to wonder when we'll start electing public figures smart enough to realize that media coverage is different than it was when FDR was in office. And that lies are almost always discovered. The more blatant ones more quickly than others.
