Turnbull does not go into the whole scandal of H-1B visas that displace American workers, nor provide depth on the degree to which the state budget was sliced and diced, but she nicely presents the story of a former Microsoft employee state representative who is running for higher office getting preferential treatment for his big international corporation former employer.
