Though the title is misleading, its important that this potential scandal is explained in a fair, sober way by the Daily Beast.

Sarlin basically says there is no scandal there. Poorly handled, probably. The Daily Kos has a more complete rundown.

Another case of faux outrage. If there is a scandal, try more serious areas such as continued military occupations, extraordinary renditions, hiding torture behind secrecy claims. Get real.
